Meet and Greet
For me to be effectively as your real estate “advisor”, it’s vital that I understand your needs and expectations. I need to get to know you so that I can empower you to make the best decisions.

Our first meeting will take about one hours. The intent of this meeting is to get to know you and your needs. 

The discussion topics are as follows. 

  • What are your needs?
  • What are your expectations?
  • What is your experience with the process of buying and/or selling?
  • What are your specific concerns?
  • What is your desired end result-what do you want to accomplish?

This dialogue is critical to meeting your expectations, and achieving your desired goals.
